Blue Guardian Reserve CFP and No-DLL Add-On Guide
Compare Blue Guardian Reserve’s current default daily-loss limits with the No-DLL add-on and calculate CFP savings using labelled price examples.
Blue Guardian Reserve CFP and No-DLL Add-On Guide
The current Blue Guardian Futures Reserve policy applies a Daily Loss Limit by default and allows traders to select a No Daily Loss Limit add-on during purchase. The active onsite code CFP is listed for up to 45% off qualifying futures purchases. Coupon coverage for the add-on itself was not verified, so the discount examples apply only to assumed qualifying base prices.
The Reserve policy was checked on September 22, 2026 at the official Blue Guardian Futures Help Center.
Current Default Daily Loss Limits
| Reserve account | Default Daily Loss Limit | Maximum overall drawdown | Daily-limit breach type |
|---|---|---|---|
| $25K | $600 | $1,000 | Soft |
| $50K | $1,200 | $2,000 | Soft |
| $100K | $1,700 | $3,000 | Soft |
| $150K | $3,000 | $4,500 | Soft |
The maximum overall drawdown uses an end-of-day trailing model. Selecting the No-DLL add-on removes the daily limit but does not remove the overall drawdown.
CFP Purchase Savings Examples
Current Reserve base prices and add-on charges were not reliably available in public checkout text. The following base prices are hypothetical.
| Reserve account example | Assumed base price | Code | Maximum rate used | Example saving | Example final base price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25K | $100 | CFP | 45% | $45 | $55 |
| $50K | $150 | CFP | 45% | $67.50 | $82.50 |
| $100K | $200 | CFP | 45% | $90 | $110 |
| $150K | $300 | CFP | 45% | $135 | $165 |
Do not assume CFP reduces the add-on charge. Confirm the coupon line and final order total.
Default DLL as a Share of Overall Drawdown
| Reserve account | Daily limit | Overall drawdown | Daily limit as share of drawdown |
|---|---|---|---|
| $25K | $600 | $1,000 | 60.0% |
| $50K | $1,200 | $2,000 | 60.0% |
| $100K | $1,700 | $3,000 | 56.7% |
| $150K | $3,000 | $4,500 | 66.7% |
These percentages describe the relationship between two boundaries. They are not suggested daily risk budgets.
Default Versus No-DLL Configuration
| Feature | Default Reserve | Reserve with No-DLL add-on |
|---|---|---|
| Daily Loss Limit | Applies by account size | Removed |
| Daily-limit breach behavior | Soft lockout | Not applicable |
| Overall EOD drawdown | Applies | Still applies |
| Purchase price | Base configuration | Higher if add-on has a charge |
| Coupon treatment | Confirm qualifying subtotal | Confirm add-on treatment separately |
Risk Example After Removing DLL
Assume a hypothetical $100K Reserve account has $3,000 of overall drawdown. Removing the $1,700 daily cap does not create extra overall room.
| Hypothetical one-day loss | Within former $1,700 DLL? | Share of $3,000 overall drawdown |
|---|---|---|
| $500 | Yes | 16.7% |
| $1,000 | Yes | 33.3% |
| $1,700 | Boundary | 56.7% |
| $2,000 | No | 66.7% |
| $3,000 | No | 100% |
This is mathematical illustration only. Threshold movement, open losses and fees can change practical room.
